Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was warm but turned cold....food not hot..

Hostess was so rude, she didn’t even acknowledge us. She just snatched up a kids menu, mumbled something and took off really fast. For a second I wasn’t even sure that she was seating us. Anyway, it wasn’t busy at all and that first interaction with her really set the tone. You know the experience will be bad when service is terrible right off the bat. It was almost like she wanted us to leave...like we were an inconvenience or a problem for her. We ended up walking out and went elsewhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see Applebee’s go under in the near future.

Very much like the Ithaca New York Applebee's better than Cortland New York just seems to be more pleasant staff and lots of wait time get drinks even Waters and sodas cuz those of us who went don't usually drink what alcohol they stayed pretty well on top of us when we needed more just overall impressed with Ithaca Applebee's / Cortland all together

The service was pretty slow. The food was okay. I would prefer Chili's over Applebee's for both food, service and quality.

My Applebee's Take out order was ready 5 minutes early and correctly made as ordered. The staff was helpful when I picked up my order and I found the order easy to place. I will be eating there again soon and thanks.
