We use Chemung Canal Trust Company for everything. We have had small personal loans, car loans, and our mortgage with them. We have needed them for savings for the kids, our personal account and when we suddenly lost multiple family members they were right there with assistance with Estate management. For every financial need life has thrown at us Chemung Canal has been there to help! The banking is fine despite having to wait 2 business days for a check to clear. My real gripe is about their terrible hours 9-4:30 m-f 9-12 on Saturday. And the drive through has the same hours. I can’t imagine they are getting much business during the week.
Worst bank i have ever dealt with. they were great at first, but went downhill quick...
