As soon as I realized they give you an entire towel as your napkin, I knew I was in for a treat. All the food was great. The sauce on the brisket was a little different than the sauce in the bottle, but good all the same. Their corn bread is the kind where you can really taste real corn which is a sign of good corn bread, but not my preference. If you ask for a wet nap, they give you a hot wet towel. It works way better than any wet nap, let me tell you. The staff are very friendly. From start to finish I had a great meal here.

Everything was extremely slow. My party of 3 attended on a Friday evening, and the restaurant was not crowded but it look a long time to be seated. It took even longer to put in a drink and food order. Our drinks did not arrive for 20+ minutes. The food was okay. I think this restaurant would be better with additional staffing. Also, the lighting was too bright.

I was really excited for a big barbecue place to come to upstate and the location is pretty easy to get to from the highway. There is also a large casino and hotel attached to it and it's pretty obvious to see from the highway so it's probably good for travelers. I think this is a place where timing and volume is important. In that, it's hard to do good barbecue with small intermittent crowds. It just gets dried out and that really affects the taste. There were only a few other tables full and we were seated right away. I thought the flavor was nice, but it really didn't have that fresh off the smoker that the high volume places have. I think it's probably a lot better to go when they're crowded. Nice staff and clean restrooms. If you're at the Casino, there are not many options around and this is probably your best choice... if you're looking for a road trip to a great BBQ, there are much better options in upstate NY.

Very disappointed. Waitstaff was very nice and service was fast and on point. Sadness is the food. We ordered the nachos and the platter for two. The nachos were decent and loaded with meat. The platter was the worst platter I have ever had. The meat on the ribs and brisket were so fatty it made me want to throw up when I tried swallowing it. The pulled pork just tasted wrong, I had one bite and was over it. Didnt even try the chicken quarter because everything else left a bad taste in my mouth. I am a weightlifter and eat massive amounts of food and did not eat this food. To make it worse, the margaritas were also horrible. I think they forgot the tequila. I ordered two just to make sure and made my wife help me finish the second one because it was so sour. Just not a good experience.
