Seneca Cheese Company an Artisanal Cheese Tavern

I can not even tell you how much we love this little place. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make your experience an excellent one. As a local, I am extremely happy to have this gem sitting at the end of our lake. I certainly tell others visiting that this is a place they must not overlook! Counting down the days to enjoy fresh air on the balcony with their delicious local wines, brews and cheeses!

Great new addition to downtown Watkins Glen! Drinks were delicious and named after the owner’s family, the food was also hot and really tasty, and the rooftop bar was perfect for watching the cars and people in town. Bought a few local cheeses to go and can’t wait to take people here next weekend! Staff was also really friendly.

Planned on stopping here for an hour and ended up spending 6. Their staffs knowledge across the board is phenomenal. Extremely carefully crafted drink and food menu. Just stop here you will not regret it!

We sat had drinks and a light dinner on a pretty busy Saturday night. The indoor tables were full but plenty of space outside. We had to go inside and place orders at the bar, which was a little nerve-wracking at times because of how difficult it was to keep any distance, but the staff were very nice. They are now doing flights of bourbon, which my wife enjoyed. I had some very nice local cider and sparkling wine.

We had a fantastic time here. We ended up stopping several times on our visit. Something for everyone, great beer list, great wine, nice cocktail options. The cheese plates were awesome also.
