Via Entertainment

Don't listen to the haters, staff were all super attentive and friendly, 10/10

Tonight my husband and I attended the A-Moray Valentine's dinner at Via Aquarium. Now you may be confused as to why I am reviewing the Aquarium on the Via Entertainment page. Well let me tell you! The Via Entertainment crew did such an AMAZING job providing service and dinner to us that I just can't believe it! Honestly, I didn't even think it was Via Entertainment that would have provided the food due to previous experience and was absolutely stunned when Remy, the new head chef came out to ask how our dinner was and informed us when we asked that it wasn't Malozzi's (which I just assumed would do such a meal, silly me!) While the Aquarium provided the romantic ambiance, the Via Entertainment staff provided the EXCELLENT service. They were kind and attentive and willing to help whenever we had a question. Dinner was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert. Not to mention the place settings were perfect! You couldn't get a better meal of that caliber in the area. It was so nice to have the pleasure of meeting Remy. She is such a kind and humble personality that is going to do such an amazing job in her post. Then we had the opportunity to speak with Angie, the new manager of Via Entertainment who has such a passion for the business. These two wonderful women and their staff are going to bring Via Entertainment back to life, and give the area a much needed source of entertainment. Thank you so much for making our night SO special. Anyone that is reading this review and is on the fence if they should visit or not, GO! And then go again a couple weeks later. You are going to see great and refreshing change.

Fun place .but play machines need upgrades or service. All around pleasant service and the food is great.

They have good food at a reasonable price and the staff was friendly. There is so much to do here! Beside the video games and bar there are poker and other card games/tournaments here, gamers tournaments, pool tables and more! The best part about this place for me was the bar and games. I wish there where more places like this in Rotterdam.

Is there something wrong with this place? Clearly this establishment wants to go bankrupt. I have been reaching out via email and calling all week to plan a Birthday party for my son. In an entire week, the phone has been answered 1 time. I have been calling from 11am to 7PM e as much day. No one has responded to my email. This place is horrible!!!!!!
