Cashier's are ok. However, service is extremely slow. I've been in the several times to pickup my online orders and the cashier's seem to be clueless. If you call the store they come to the phone then put you on hold for so long. Depending on why you are holding you might get put on hold again for a long time until they have all the information they need to assist you. Store is always quiet but the waiting on line takes forever even if there's only 2 customers in front of you.

Very good deals definitely a place to save money and a very large selection on footwear..

Something happened today, January 4, where the store was closed. There was a line outside when I arrived at 4:02PM, heard the security guard say he was told store'll be open at 3:30PM, and then at 4PM. Security came back at 4:30 to say 5-10 minutes. The first 5-6 customers, myself included all needed to return items.. I understand staff does not enjoy processing returns after returns after returns, but they must understand it is after the holidays and this is expected. A more plesant demeanor would be appreciated

I put shoes on hold and got there no one knew what I was talking about and the workers seem lazy. Not all but yes some were.
