Had to go to the emergency room and was welcomed by very cordial staff members.nAngela a triage nurse was just awesome and Fabulous she was very professional and treated me with the utmost care.nnLiloutie and Jessica were very personable and friendly and knowledge of their craft.nBesides this place being extra busy all the staff had excellent attitudes and patience.

First off this place deserves no stars at all. The nurses are rude and arrogant and the doctors are all over the place. They honestly don’t care for the patients. My mom had bruises all around her arms and around her armpits. This place is a fraud. Please stay away from this hospital!!! They treated my mom with disrespect and left her to die. My poor mom passed away due to being treated so badly here. These nurses think that they are doing everyone a favor, they don’t care for the patients here. I wish my mom was never admitted to this hospital. Beware of this place, your Love one will not be safe here, especially if they don’t know how to speak English properly or if their disabled.

Due to corona virus entering the facility and welcoming wasn’t great but once I was moved to my labor room, service was quite nice. I’m very pleased with the treatment of couple nurses. I’ve to mention one of them “YAN CHIN.”. She went out of her way to support me through out her whole shift, I’m vey great full. Thanks to her I was able to rest for a bit since I had no support person. she was the biggest support.

Wish I could this hospital a negative -1000 stars. They killed my mom. My mom was admitted into the hospital because she had low sugar and then they said she had covid. Day by day they told us she was getting worse but she was okay when we were FaceTiming her on her own phone. She seemed fine and normal. I found out the nurses were not treating her right, she was asking for water and none of the nurses would listen to her. The patient that was admitted next to her would have to scream for her to ask for water. They kept telling me my moms health was deteriorating, but in reality she was fine. Overnight they changed her 2 liter oxygen to a 16 liter oxygen. Since then, they kept on changing her oxygen, not even giving it time to work or even letting us know. They stopped her Parkinson’s medicine that she was on for 20 years without informing anyone. They were not feeding her and they were not letting us know either. My mom was crying and she was hungry which we had to send food and we then end up finding out no one was feeding her either since she was disabled due to her Parkinson’s. She ended up on the ventilator due to the hospitals poor work and negligence. The doctors did not know what they were saying, it was a new doctor everyday pulling experiments on her. Each doctor was saying something different. Some doctors would say she was getting better and some would say she can’t make it. And when we would ask questions they had no answers for us. It was really difficult to speak with the nurses or doctors, they didn’t even let us know if she was taking her last breathes despite our requests. We are very very heartbroken. The hospitals poor treatment of my mother ended up killing my mother. Please do not go to the hospital if your loved one is sick. They will kill her inside the hospital, and since there’s no visitors they can easily get away with neglect. Tower 8 is a torture tower, the nurses would show attitudes and refuse to talk. I could name them too since I’ve written it as well. Especially the front desk operator would show an attitude.nnIt’s better to die at home than at a hospital where they care more about their paychecks then the patients.

This has been the worst experience of being a hospital ever .My Dad had surgery we were told the doctors and speak to us after I’m still waiting three days later .My dad was moved to a new room all of his belongings were lost and or stolen . So at 84 he has no phone, clothes, and they lost his glasses. This is not acceptable. No one cares or calls you back. You can’t go up to be with your loved ones and now we can’t talk to him. We asked for the phone we pay $10 a day for to be in his reach, I guess that’s to much to ask. And the tv is on but no glasses to watch. WORST EVER. No one cares.
