I wanted to purchase shoes today at Victor, NY store,and was waiting for ever at the register and had to quit. The girl at the counter looked like she has no idea what she is doing, and the gentleman who was at the register before was just wondering around the store. Does it always like this or I just have a bad luck?

Spent half an hour looking for shoes only to find out the registers were down and they couldn’t check us out. Apparently, putting a sign on the door is too much trouble. Won’t be back here.
