Hollister hasn't really changed over the years, clothes are decent quality but still seems like for kids in high-school. Pretty packed in there at times

It can be a way better experience! I’m not the normal person that typically shops at hollister. I was in line and the only one in line and didn’t even get acknowledged until about 10 minutes later. Cashier was just talking to another employee behind the counter.

Last time I went in no one asked did I need help with anything on very big on customer service and when 5 people working at the same time and not speak there is a problem.. i wrote in to corporate about that incident
