Izzy is simply THE BEST! I was feeling well and wasn’t able to pick up the dog food I ordered online. It was automatically returned to stock. I called the store and Izzy held it for me and re-issued the coupon I had used that was expired.
I'm a new customer who will definitely be back! I tried their website, but couldn't use my gift card. When I called them, the young cashier was so accommodating. She took my gift card # over the phone and shopped my order, so I could do a pick up. Very friendly and caring.
We love coming here for our two boys baths! Very roomy stations and a discount program. They even have a doggy bakery inside! We got our last birthday treat from here and was a big success and so cute. Everyone working is so friendly and helpful
It used to be an unusually pleasant place to shop, with low shelves, good light, and great visibility to everything.nIn order to pack in more stuff, its been converted to long, narrow, dark corridors of warehouse-tall shelves without even a break halfway down.nMuch like most other pet supply stores, but with narrower aisles.nNot a good change.nOtherwise, still a good place to go, with nice people and freshly made dog cookies.
