Good food. More impressed with the service - drinks were replaced before asking, dishes brought out timely. Social distancing was maintained, as well as masks, and everyone was polite and attentive.

I go to Champs just to order the chicken fingers and fries appetizer. It is 5 large fresh pieces of beautifully fried chicken and a large order of fries. It's only $12.95. Deal of the decade. I can never eat it all. Service is always good too.

Ann was our server and was phenomenal. We've been to Champps several times while at Eastview and always had positive experiences. Yesterday, we even had the pleasure of meeting Brian, the manager who came to our table and introduced himself.

I usually sit at the bar and the bartenders are fantastic. Genuinely seem to care about how your day is going and have a conversation. They're very fast and attentive! I used to bartend, so you tend to notice if service is good or not.

Service was terrible. Waitress never put our appetizer order in, messed up our food order, had to be reminded to bring condiments several times and when I asked for a to go box for my kids food, the waitress decided it was a better idea to talk to the hostess for 10 minutes. She blamed the wrong food order on the cooks, but you could hear a few of her other tables had wrong orders too.nThe food was cold and not very good. I do not recommend.
