Famous Footwear

So I've had a couple experiences at this location. One night the women working were very nice and accomodating, but my last visit was during the day on a Saturday. I got some of the deathiest glares I have ever gotten, and I can only assume it was because my 1.75 year old was running around with me while mommy looked at shoes, and vice versa. He wasn't screaming, he wasn't crying, he was listening to me and not touching stuff, or relocating product, but he was laughing loudly, and that apparently was enough to push the lady who checked us out to the edge. The death glares and general feeling of inconviniencing the cashier continued even after I held him.nnAll of that being said, it's Famous Footwear. The staff clearly does not want to work there; who can blame them? The selection could definitely use some work; it's still COVID-times, so can't really fault them for that. I won't be going back, so hey lady, if you're reading this, you won't have to put up with the joyful laughter of a child on my account anymore. Rest easy.

This store has NOT UPDATED the hours of operation! The store opens at 11am not 10 like Google states that was a HUGE inconvenience when I drove from Greece to the Henrietta location only to find out it was not open for another hour!

Looked at three places for a work shoe, went to Famous Footwear by Marketplace Mall found a great pair on sale quickly and easily.

Helpful and polite staff. Selection medium. Great styles but limited options especially in the bigger sizes.

Good service. Decent prices.
