TGI Fridays

I had the flat iron steak and it was very tough. For $20 I expected a much better cut of meat. I ordered it cooked medium but it came out closer to rare. The flavor was great, but it couldn't off set the toughness of the meat. Not sure if I will go there again.

One star is too much to even give this place right now. I got there and they told me first come first serve on the phone. Now I got here over 30 minutes in my car waiting and saw several people walk in and when I went to check to see what was the wait I see them sitting and already with drink orders ready to eat. I tried to get the hostess to help me to see why I was still waiting if they weren’t that busy and she ignored me and kept doing what she was doing. Over an hour later I just left! With my boys.

I had a chicken sandwich and the chicken was tough and grizzly, the lettuce was brown and the tomato was mushy and mealy. The French fries were cold and soggy. My son ordered chicken signature chicken strips and they were nothing more than boneless wings with the sauce in the. The waiter never came back to the table or we would have sent them back. I paid almost 50.00 and the flood was the worst I have ever had. You need to up your game. I will never be back there. I ordered a beer and had to settle since everyone I wanted was out. Wow. Surprised this iPhone is still open since others are closing. Maybe you should close this one too.

The store manager Laura was very rude and disrespectful. Some of our food was served cold. But our server was great. Tiffany our server was patient and had great customer service. She never mixed up our orders and made sure our needs were met.

This was our first time eating at TGI Friday's was not impressed to say the least.nMy sirloin steak was very small and tough. Asked for A1 sauce got chocolate sauce.nMy boyfriend had t-bone steak asked for medium rare, it was overcooked. They said they would get him another steak which we waited over 30 minutes for. They did take the price off our bill, but he didn't get to eat. Mashed potatoes were cold, lemon broccoli was way to crunchy like not even cooked and no lemon on it.nIt wasn't even busy why it took so long to cook a steak to medium rare, idk....nWILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAINud83dudc4eud83cudffb
