Sticky Lips BBQ Juke Joint & Catering

We stopped in a totally random time of day and were surprised to see a nice amount of tables full. June at the door couldn’t have been nicer. Vic was our server and was also terrific. My daughter (8) and I felt very welcome. The food was very very good. The brisket was melt in your mouth outstanding with really nice flavor. Overall a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

I couldn't say enough here to properly express my love for this restaurant. The food is a taste experience that will elicit an emotional response from you. The staff is both friendly and professional. The atmosphere is both clean and inviting. There aren't many places that nail the perfect dining experience. Sticky Lips does it effoetlessly. I love this restaurant because its the first place I've ever tasted brisket. It is by far the best beef you could eat. Dry rub, BBQ sauce covered, however you do it you it you'll love this food.

So back in August of 2020 my wife and I figured we'd give them a shot. I ordered smothered fried chicken with mashed potatoes my order that they sent me was a fried pork chop with collard greens. Mine was the only thing out of the entire order wrong and I understand I've been in the culinary field for 10 years things happen. Cut to late March now of 2021 we figured we'd try them again. My wife really had to convince me. So I ordered the barbecue bacon chicken sandwich with french fries, and you can guess what happened instead of regular french fries I got sweet potato fries and it says it clear as day on the receipt fries. So I cannot with a good conscience recommend this store. It feels like one of those fool me once fool me twice situations.

Worst experience of my entire life. I went with my friend for her birthday and her family. We were first told the wait was 45 minutes and every time we went back they added 30 minutes to the wait. The hostess was nice and understanding but she said there were people in front of us. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours outside without any seating. After firmly talking with them about letting other people in front us when we have been waiting for 2 hours, they finally sat us down. As soon as we got inside more than half of the restaurant was empty. The waitress was in a horrible mood and she took 45 minutes to get to us even though we were the only people in area. She then proceeded to get our drinks, she screwed up the drinks as well. When we finally ordered the food it took another hour on top of the 2 hours and thirty minutes we have been waiting. When we finally got our food 2/5 orders were messed up, my friend is lactose intolerant and her food was covered in cheese when we had specifically asked for no cheese. On top of that, none of us got the cornbread we had asked for. Everyone said that their food was over cooked and the meat was red when they asked for well done. In the women’s bathroom none of the locks worked and our friends had to hold the stall shut.Underwhelmed, this was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Golden Korral has better food than this place. Never coming back here again.

Went in on Sunday to order take- out. Pulled pork, ribs, brisket, sides. June took our order. She was fun to order from, & made us smile. The staff was friendly & brought us our take-out & stated that they really appreciated our business. Got the food home... It was awesome & we were full!!
