I usually don't go eat steak out and about for a reason. That reason is you can always cook it better yourself. I asked for a medium rare steak it came back medium well!ud83eudd14 Additionally it was my birthday and they told me that they would give me dessert for free which was very nice of them and I appreciate. However what happened and said was later when I tried to order another drink the bar had already closed which they did not inform us of and their kitchen was closed. Normally, I would have been paying attention to the time more but, when I did try to order another drink from the bar it was closed. The only reason I didn't notice the time was because I was still waiting for my I was still waiting for my new steak that mind you was incorrect again and and came out medium. At that point I was like whatever it's not terrible. I also ordered mushrooms to go on top of my which I did not receive. so when my new state came I was informed that the kitchen and the bar were closed for the first time. It was very busy and our waitress was not the worst but it was not a great night for me. Definitely gave me a reason not to go back. If you're a steakhouse you should be able to cook steak properly that is literally what you are known for. I did not receive the dessert either because I never got a chance to order it because the waitress was so busy we hardly saw her.nOf course, they did not charge us for my mushrooms, is what they told me and I said thank you but in my mind I had no sense of gratitude for not being charged for something I never received.The restaurant has a lot to work on, also accordingly so I tipped the waitress between 16% and 18% but based on the flow of the night I was very tempted to do a 15. Two of my roommates also did not enjoy their steak as they were also improperly cooked. The only person who enjoyed their food was probably my boyfriend who ordered Ribs. Oh and I think my side of asparagus was pretty good but it is a but it is a Steakhouse!

Had Shaun for our waiter on 2/20 around 7pm in the bar area, he was awesome! Very polite and welcoming. The food was hot and on time for it being so busy. I unfortunately had one of those steaks that had a ton of tendons running through it (happens to everyone and not the kitchens fault) and the manager took care of us and I was definitely pleased with my experience.

I wanna start this off by saying that the waitress and the manager were wonderful. Very nice people. But, it took the kitchen about half an hour to send out our 2 rare steaks, 2 medium steaks, and 1 4oz lobster tail. Then one of the steaks was pretty overcooked. But, to make things better, they took the overcooked steak off the bill, and then our waitress, I believe her name was Amanda, gave us a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert. Very wonderful, I hope they are able to train their kitchen staff a little better, or hire more to have a better shot at serving quickly. Overall, pretty good experience, will be going again!

Wait staff was terrible, non attentive. Steak was served raw even though ordered med rare. We brought home steak to cook better at home. Couldn't fix the char flavor. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. It was our anniversary, and we were really looking forward to a casual place with good steaks... sadly disappointed. Salad was wonderful

Had a delicious meal that consisted of lobster tail & 6oz Filet. Also had the Steakhouse Mac & Cheese and potato soup. Had two loaves of bread that was made for dipping into my warm soup. Soup is like dipping sauce, you use with a spoon.
