Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food is not good. But at least I didn't get sick from it.

I visited Olive Garden on Jefferson Rd in Rochester on February 13th by myself while in town. I decided to take my project that I’m working on with and was hoping for a quiet experience and then I remembered it’s Valentine’s Day weekend. I was greeted by friendly faces who took my name and added me to the wait list, which despite the “Holiday” weekend wasn’t that bad. I was seated in a quiet part of the restaurant, which I think they were observant of the fact that I working as I was carrying my bag. I was then greeted by a friendly smile who promptly offered a sample of my favorite wine, and who quickly got me my coffee and proceeded to accommodate my needs in the utmost friendly manner. Alissa ( with an I, as this restaurant staffs three and I was blessed to meet only the one with the I) was extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and I observed this behavior at every table that she waited on. Each table she brought a smile, complimented others and gave suggestions. Olive Garden should recognize the skills that Alissa has as she is an asset to their company. Thank you for making my dinner memorable.

Out Server Sarah was Amazing!! She was so patient and sweet with Myself and my Kids even though it was a busy evening. Our gift card was not working in the machine on the table, my Son only likes to eat Chicken Gnocchi Soup.. Sarah Rocks! Thank You Sarah! And Thank You Olive Garden for having the Online Waitrose Feature!!! Another Awesome Experience!

My server sydney was outstanding. Great customer service. Even though we are going through a pandemic olive garden still provides patrons a good experience. My server was attentive and she was able to answer all the questions I had. Atmosphere was great as well.

Curbside pickup was fast and the food was fresh and hot.
