Excellent service. They were a little short staffed at this time, but undoubtedly, did the best of their ability. Sam was one of the friendliest people I have met and helped my girlfriend and I with everything we needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I asked. Fleet Feet Buffalo is the place to be if you want to learn more about your feet and its relationship with shoes.

The person I worked with was perfect with courtesy and knowledge. The best customer service a reasonable person could ask for. I have arthritis in one of my foot joints and for the first time, she found me the shoe I needed. It took close to 10 pairs to narrow down what worked. Very pleased.

Just returned from Fleet Feet Buffalo with new workout/walking shoes for both my wife and myself. Catherine could not have been more helpful, insightful and professional. It's always important to support local businesses (especially in these COVID times), but Fleet Feet's service is beyond exceptional and earns them a five+ star review.
