I was anxious to check out the new local business and when I walked in I got that instant wow factor. The customer service was impeccable , the facility looks incredible and the staff knowledge is second to none. Stephanie is so sweet knowledgeable. Dave not so much, he was very short with me and he didn't want to help me when I needed it. Ex left a water sample for him to test for me and he never called me and I had the worst valentine's weekend I lost all of my fin babies. Stephanie was so sympathetic and Dave never said anything to me. I've moved on to a different pet store.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They have live feeders mice and fish. They carry reptiles, snakes, turtles, and arachnids. They also have some small animals like bunnies and such. Lots of different types of fish as well. Very nice store, will definitely go back again.
