Difficult to get what you need as a patient... unorganized.. cannot get ahold of anyone for days ...would never trust them with my pregnancy !!!

I meet Dr. Manny at catskill, who is great and had to go to hudson for non stress test which turned out to be extremely stressful with the first lady I meet but I was able to get Kathy this week and shes is an absolute god sent. She kind, understand and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for anyone who has to do a non stress test and again Dr. Manny is an amazing doctor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very pleased they stopped having babies at this hospital. We lost our daughter due to malpractice and I’ve heard countless horror stories from other couples. Make the drive to St Peters or Albany med for care. Don’t give this place any reason to continue serving the public.

I have used Women's health care at Columbia Memorial Hospital for 12 years. While this does not reflect on the hospital itself, I feel I MUST write this review. In the twelve years I have been coming to Women's health, I have changed doctors FIVE times, because everyone keeps leaving.nSo I constantly have to deal with new people who don't know me, my history etc. the new doctors can't read my journals and are often entirely misinformed of my medical history.nnI am also on some medication I have to take every day, every year and getting a hold of a nurse, doctor or anyone else in this place is impossible. The confusion, the mix ups, the enormous waste of time getting your prescription filled, or your needs dealt with,....astoundingly bad. I have been on the SAME mediation for twelve years, yet EVERY MONTH I need a refill, same confusion, same questions, same inefficiency, same agony, same chaos. Wasted hours phoning back and forth and I'm EVERY TIME, left with having to DRIVE to the hospital itself, plant myself in the Women's Health Care waiting room and demand to see someone who can PLEASE help me with the same prescription I've come to get here every month for 12 years. !nnAND then you add into the mix, that new doctors arrive and the once you know leave, it's a revolving door in this place. No notices about your doctor leaving, zero respect for the patient.nnI am truly disgusted. I am going to look elsewhere for better care. This place is SO not on top of things, that I feel like I'm in The Congo and had to communicate my needs there by hand signs primarily.nnDisgraceful. Finally I've had enough. Receptionists in the waiting room are rude AF. Unbelievable they hire unprofessional, unkind, extremely rude people.
