For the Cardiology Doctors: Terrible followup. My one year old needed a sedated procedure to check some health issues. Of course we were anxious to hear results. We were told by everyone we met with that day that we would hear back in 1-2 days. It is now 2 WEEKS later and I have yet to have the doctor return my calls after having the nurses note and prioritize my child's file for review.

We have always heard about Primary Children's as having amazing care. Today was our first experience as our 2 year old had to get a hernia fixed. The stress and worry have been thick in our home leading up to the procedure . Upon arrival we were taken care of from start to finish! We have nothing but extremely good things to say about the amazing nurses , doctors and administrators that helped us out. They were very caring. I would never say having your child operated on is a pleasant experience but we honestly felt like it could take have gone better! Again, amazing staff!! Actually feel like they cared about our child and it wasn't just the routine fake attitudes you usually get from medical offices. Hope we never have to do something like this again, but if we did I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Our recovery nurse was so rude and inconsiderate. Our 5 year old went in for eye surgery and had to get sedated. During her recovery he would poke her and basically kicked us out. He was in such a hurry for us to get our medications and told us we only had 10 minutes and if we didn't leave HE was going to charge us another hour. My daughter was covered by 2 insurances so there was no need for him to be worried about payment. He should have been worried about making us feel comfortable. Isn't that his job?

We absolutely love the primary children's hospital in SLC. But this was our first time at this location and we love it just as much!! The staff in the inpatient children's hospital is AMAZING!! The nurses and doctors are amazing! Not only were they great with my 2 year old daughter who was admitted, they were also great with the rest of my kids who would come to visit. My daughter was well taken care of here. From day 1 each nurse, doctor, and tech were so attentive and aware of her needs. They went over and beyond which left us feeling extremely grateful for them.

The hospital itself was good but dealing with the office workers trying to take car of the bills after is a huge mess. Very very rude and unhelpful. Wish I'd gone to SLC primary childrens instead.
