I just had a knee injury and came in for the first time here to get checked and it was a great experience! The staff was super friendly, accommodating, they kept the place super clean and professional during these covid times and I felt safe being here. The doctor was super great too! She was friendly and kind and getting X-rays we’re super quick and easy! Will Definitely be coming back for future needs if they should arise.

I took my 5 year old to get stitches in his chin after a nasty fall at a skate park. He was terrified! The staff was so good with him and calmed his nerves. They were able to get him taken care of right away without a wait. Now he tells me how much fun it was to get stitches. The staff was also great to tell me about a very affordable self pay option which saved me a lot of money over trying to submit it to my insurance.

We were at this location for almost 5 hours total. I thought this would be a good option vs. my $300 ER copay, and $30 seemed reasonable to get seen fast for an ankle injury. Waited 2.5 hours to be seen, with only 1 dr and one PA on staff with a lot of people waiting to be seen. I wasn't very comfortable with the staff talking about other patients health in public, even did it in these reviews below. That seems like a bit of a violation. Just made me wonder who I was trusting with my care. When I mentioned I was type 1 diabetic, and was asked if I take insulin, I was even more concerned at that point. If someone is type 1 and they don't take insulin that's a real emergency or a doctor doesn't know the difference between the types and why a type 1 would take insulin, then that's really concerning. When I expressed that I would need to take my insulin pump and CGM off for xrays, it seems like no one listened to me. I did take my pump off and leave it in the hall way. We really had to do a lot of painful manipulation and extra xrays to decide if I fractured my ankle. I wasn't really given a definitive answer. told to follow up with sports medicine doctor. I was mostly not impressed with the XSmall boot I was given. I don't think you had my size on hand. The PA kept trying to shove my toes really hard into the boot, as I repeated several times that it wasn't going to fit. She called around to find one in my size, and couldn't, I was just told I'd have to wear it. With my ankle swollen and a child size boot, not fitting correctly, it was more painful to wear it than when I wasn't. I kept saying this over and over, and no one really was comprehending this. It was basically, we don't know if your ankle is fractured or sprained, but here's a XS boot and crutches. That was about it. Honestly, I would not go here again. Staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable, I heard 2or 3 times my information being shared in the public area as well as 3 other patience information about diarrhea in the waiting area. Nothing to address the swelling or what to do next really. Nothing mentioned if I should be worried about circulation issues as a type 1 diabetic or what I can or can't take as I had asked twice. Overall, this clinic is severely understaffed, not very knowledgeable or helpful and didn't seem very professional. I did get my xrays on a disc and I will be following up with my PCP. I don't think an ankle issue should take 6 hours total to be seen in an urgent care setting, with xrays and some other information than we don't know. This clinic needs a lot of improving. I'm leaving this review, since your rooms suggest leaving a review. I'm being honest about my experience. The other people in the waiting room weren't happy either. Lots of room for improvement, even if my one experience wasn't great. I'm not sure what else could have been done. Most of what I saw was bedside manner, the way patients information was handled, ability to listen and give a diagnosis. When someone says it doesn't fit, it hurts, and you keep pushing on their toes as if it's going to fit more, not listening, then it's just not going to happen. You have to find another way to wrap it or stablizie it, which just seemed like common sense, rather than trying to make XS boot fit just to get them on their way. Which seems fairly important, along with wait times. Update: I did contact them, They were not helpful. I spent almost a year fighting extra billing issues for things I was not issued. I called to explain this to someone in billing, and I got the run around several times and then just never heard back. I finally paid the bill, so it wouldn't go to collections. That's extremely poor service, when someone calls to try to workout billing and communication and after a dozen calls, no one can return a call. I did speak with a billing manager, she gave me her information personally, and promised me she'd handle it and call me back. never happened! Poor accountablity. I seriously hope that someone does something about the HIPPA violations.

Very helpful and efficient. So glad there is one center not Covid testing. Was not able to get a sports physical at other medallus sites because of very, very long wait due to Covid testing. Thank you for thinking of patients and having a center available for non Covid needs.

Was wonderful, honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. The place was really nice and very comfortable and felt safe. The staff was absolutely fantastic I have zero complaints about the staff. Evelyn, Jonathan, and Joy were all incredible, they were kind, considerate and awesome in every way absolutely would recommend any one of them.
