Petco

I’ve shopped here since 2012. I bought fish, a lizard, and supplies. During the past year, they are out of crickets at least half of the time. Every time there’s an excuse - “there’s a shortage,” “they died in the mail,” and so forth. Meanwhile, other pet stores always have them. I came here because it was convenient to stop by on my way after work, but I’m now going to shop at other pet stores. Or maybe even pet smart, where they charge 11 cents a cricket at opposed to 16 cents.

Thank you Natalie in grooming for taking both of my dogs today on short notice for nail trim and buffer. We enjoyed your enthusiasm towards our dogs. Great experience here!

I will never step foot in this Petco again. I was rescheduled 3 not 1 but 3 times to have my dog groomed. After trying to be flexible with them and taking a day off from work, I was turned way for being less than 10 minutes late. AND I advised twice, the day before and 20 minutes before my appointment, of a possibility of being late, due to being rescheduled the day before from the morning to the afternoon. I am extremely confused because I was also told it would take up to 3 hours to cut my dog, a puppy. I showed up and was told they were too busy. I do not live close to this Petco at all, and will Never be making the trip here again. I drove here because of the service and treatment. Now there isn't anything.
