Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they genuinely care about the customers and their pets (especially their pets, who are the most important patrons.) I love that they always collect donations for animals in need, whether through food or money for shelters and charities, but they don't push the monetary donations in a way that guilts the customer if they truly can't afford it. The prices can be a little steep, but it's on par for pet stores, and you can get some decent discounts and rewards if you're a member of their pals program.

Great visit at ud83dudc26ud83dudc07ud83dudc29ud83dudc0dud83dudc14ud83dudc1fthere were alot of items on sale. The items on sale were in several of the different animal departments. Birds,ud83dudc26Reptiles,ud83dudc0dFish. Also great customer service and you can sign up for a Petco ud83dudc07ud83dudc14ud83dudc0dud83dudc1f. discount card as well. So if you need anything for your pets head on over to Petco Turnersville location. It was a fun experience, even though my pup was a jerk. One huge plus was when we were leaving my dog poo outside and they had pet bags and plenty of trash cans. Thanks for being able to clean up after my pet

Love this store! The people are always very helpful and nice. But the animals are the best thing about this store! I want to get this cat that they have there its a tabby cat that they rescue from the streets in Camden.

I had bought a hamster from them and bought everything to go with her. Not only when I had complained about the cage I bought for her I was givien an attitude and was told I could only return the hamster. Her hamster food had worms in it. And the employees are just overall rude and never want to be bothered with you. Every time I would ask questions I would get eye rolls. Never again will I return to this store. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Being a manager in retail I understand the stresses. I was patient and was trying to receive help from employees and then I couldn’t even get a manager on the phone. When I was having issues with products. I was rudely unhung up on. Pets mart has just won over another customer. They are friendly and have the knowledge about all of their pets and the best things for them. Was a much more pleasant experience
