I would have to say our bartender/waitress MEREDITH was definitely 5 star.. I have done many reviews of restaurants But I have never met a young lady who was so attentive so courteous and treated everyone with respect and dignity.... If I was her supervisors she would definitely be in for a raise.ud83dude0aud83dude0a.. These are the type of employees should be doing training and the other restaurants. .. The manager was very hands on and made sure everybody was very safe and Everybody worked in sync getting the food out to us which was delicious and perfect... With all the racial tensions restaurants always should include the versatility in there customers.. But if you're not treated right you won't come... Meredith made sure we felt comfortable.. I definitely will be back in the future.. As a footnote every table was sanitized after people left.. Chili's stands out as one of the better corporate chain restaurants. Their restaurants are clean and spacious with a cozy ski-lodge feel. Their servers are friendly and their burgers tasty.
Always have a good experience at the Hadley MA location. We prefer to sit in the bar area.
Best service and food quality I've had in forever. Service was quick and attentive.. cooks were not overwhelmed or behind!
Great fast service and reasonably priced food that was fresh, hot and tasty. Will return.
