Walked in and seated immediately. Had to wait a while for menu. I studied the menu, found something sounds good. Then waited. And waited. No one came by. I will give them a very judicious benefit of the doubt. Say 10 minutes... still no one around. So I left and went over to 99. Very quick service. Food looks good. So next time I will stop first at 99.

Good food for good prices. One of the places we often go for a quick and reasonably priced lunch or dinner. Coleslaw is delicious! I order lots of takeout as I work down the street. Used to always get a good size container full when I would order, the past 2 times I’ve ordered the coleslaw was good but came in a tiny dressing cup. For almost $2 a side I would hope to get the bigger container like they used to give!

Lunch was excellent! You can't go wrong with the bourbon chicken and shrimp. Our table also had the 8 oz sirloin and both said their steaks were cooked perfectly and were very tender. Our server, Rachel S. Was sweet and very attentive. The hostess, Clara was also amazing. Well done Applebee's! I will be back

Worst service ever! We were seated and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come and acknowledge we were there. I had to go find someone and ask for our server to take our order. Food took forever to come out. At the end of our meal, again I had to find someone to get our server to give us the bill. The person I stopped acted like she was put out having to help us. She actually acted like she didn’t hear me at first. I would have understood if it was busy but it wasn’t. Won’t be going back.

I had the worst customer service experience. We could not get the QR code to work for the menu, and asked the waitress for 1 menu. She proceeded to argue with me in front of other tables. She told me they did not have menus. I'm sorry but the host was giving menus at the door for customers to take home. She did bring menus to our table, but was extremely rude. I would have left but my sister likes this place, so I stayed. I will never come here again.
