We went for dinner and had the most wonderful meal! The ambiance was inviting, the server was attentive, and the food was IMPECCABLE! Our cocktails tasted like Spring, and the Vadouvan Onion Dip was to die for! We had the Roasted Half Chicken with Savory Herb & Walnut Pesto & Bistro Steak Tips. They were both full of flavor, and each bite was a taste explosion! We highly recommend! If we could give 10 stars, we would!

I love Stalk! They have a awesome menu with unique dishes and creative flavors. Farm to table, scratch made. Always a dining experience.

We were really pleased with our experience here. The dining room was beautifully done. The food was EXCELLENT. I have to say I was not sure about the menu when I looked it up online. Nothing really appealed to me but we were going for a family members birthday and the restaurant was his choice. The flavors were wonderful, delicate, and perfectly balanced. Portions were good. Drinks were well done also. We will definitely be telling our friends and be coming back again.

It was my husband's and my 3rd wedding anniversary and I though it would be nice to go out and have dinner just the two of us. I know I've been wanting to try Stalk, so I made reservation. First impression was great. The restaurant is very modern and giving quite a cozy feel.nnMy husband ordered halibut and I ordered steak. Both dishes are very flavorful and have great balance. I especially love how the chef able to pull off nice crunch on both sides of the fish. It gave the whole dish a great texture. Double thumbs up for that! The only thing is both dishes need more sauce. Both proteins weren't dry, but the whole dish is in desprate need of sauce in my opinion. Service were great despite how busy they are towards the end of our dinner.nnI highly recommend trying Stalk. Don't forget to order their blueberry margarita. It is light, yet delicous!

Visiting from Virginia - first time at Stalk (and first indoor dining in forever). Loved the vibe, food was amazing - very high-end, but *not* pretentious. Kicked things off with a Fall Margarita (yum!) then Judy brought me a tasting of wine she thought would pair well with my Haddock. She was spot-on and the pairing was impeccable! There are lots of Dover haunts for me to try while I'm here...but I may have to revisit Stalk for another enjoyable experience!! Bravo!!
