Decent beer choices. Ordered a mid rare steak, came out well done and not edible. Server did not deliver the food, but noticed right away and fired me a new steak which came out perfect. Could've been a mix up, was happy it was addressed before I had to bring attention.
I was trying not to leave a negative review because this restaurant has been great before. But last Sunday night we picked up dinner, spending over $100,on the way to visit my son and his family. My food was awful! I got Classic Beef Nachos. See pictures attached. They were burned with not much on them. I thought there were only the ones you see with the sour cream and then I picked up the tinfoil and saw the rest. I reached out to Chili's headquarters, to again avoid posting this review, and have heard nothing. I am not sure if we will dine here again. If you are getting takeout - Check your food before you leave!
Food was delicious. Covid restrictions are social distance. Masks required unless your eating at your table. Staff very helpful and friendly
One of my favorite chain restaurants. Best chips and salsa. Never had a bad experience at any that I've been to.
Steak was tender but not cooked to temp. Grey looking with no char. But seasoned well.
