I can't say enough good things about the staff and Noble's Emergency Department. I have had to go twice in the past few month and each time they were efficient, polite, professional, and clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. The nurses and doctors put me as ease and we're very thorough. They give you the same care as you would expect for your primary doctor. Very personable and focused on you, the patient. These Covid times are difficult and a strain on any health care facility, but Noble has certainly done an amazing job adapting to protocols and handling patients. Thank you Noble ED!

Went to the ER for really high blood pressure and pulse. They went about treatment quickly, monitored for about 2 hours to ensure medication was working and there weren't any side effects, and discharged. The staff was professional and courteous, and worked to alleviate my concerns with due diligence, and we had a few laughs as well. It's my second time there in about 2 or 3 years for heart problems, and they've been great.

I reluctantly went to the ED for acute abdominal pain rt diverticulitis. Brief encounter with the physician who palpated my abdomen and that’s it! He never did a pain assessment. Why do people go to the ED? I was ordered antibiotics and antiemetic but nothing for pain!!! My pain was acute spasms forcing me to stop in place and bend over. The worse pain I have ever felt. I don’t get it! The war on opiates applies to patients suffering a physiologic symptom of pain seeking medical treatment for cause and symptoms. Disappointing.

My bf had a stroke which was followed by a seizure. He was in the ER twice in a month, and the care he got and his family got was exceptional. The nurses were so kind and kept the family informed through the whole ordeal. Thank you NOBLE.

I’m shocked to see so many bad reviews and horrible comments. I’ve been here twice. Once for stitches back in August and then again this past week for three days. Despite what others might have experienced, I have nothing except the highest praise for all workers I came across during my hospital stay.nnThe process they use in which the doctor comes in to do his rounds with the nurse is much more efficient than I’ve seen at other hospitals and cuts down drastically on miscommunication. I have a primary immunodeficiency issue, so I’ve been hospitalized quite a bit. Without a doubt, Baystate Noble was the best experience ever.nnP.S. Shout out to 2 North!
