Excellent staff and great local cuisine at decent prices. Tried the Smoke Apple house-brewed and fell in love. Easily one of the best atmospheres in the Lakes region. It's amazing with all that happened in 2020 this restaurant has only improved and matured.nnDefinitely will be back.

Such a great spot. The beers are terrific, staff is super friendly and the food was incredible. We ended up talking to the owner for 30 minutes and even got some kimchi made in house! What a incredible place!

Very happy to have found this place! It's quite small but the quality is huge! They make some good craft brews and have been known to collaborate with a brewery not too far away, Twin Barns. The owner of Burnt Timber actually comes from a town right next to where I moved from in southern MA, so it was nice talking to someone with that similarity. Food is a bit pricey, bit you get what you pay for. Very high quality stuff. Every now and then this place will have a pig roast and I can't recommend that enough! We went to the last one they had and ordered 2nds. If you're around, I'd highly recommend stopping in and having a Dank-A-Sawrus.

The food and beer here is absolutely amazing. We stopped on a whim, while passing through and were blown away by how delicious it was. My son has peanut allergies and they were more than accommodating. Meanwhile I had two craft beers and some tacos that knocked my socks off! Will 100% eat here again next time I am in the area. Updating my review: I am getting two growlers to go! How awesome is that? This place is awesome!!! Our waitress tonight was super nice too. She made the food, grabbed the beers and was doing it all solo. Rockstar!
