The vet was efficient and pleasant. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We took our cat in for an upper respiratory infection. We were in and out in under twenty minutes. Great experience, we have definitely found our new pet doc.

On 2-19-2020 my mom had to lay her cat of 20yrs to rest. He was taken to the vet due to his health deteriorating quickly. We were told x-ray and blood work could be done to see if he could be brought back to health. Being told he was very old and only weighing 8lbs having issues breathing etc. We were told his blood was extremely thick like taking “molasses” there was no indication that blood was taken! After everything was done conclusion was to put him down. Unexpected vet bill of $600 we were able to give $300 but advised we could pay remaining of $300 following Wednesday. Vet told my emotional mother that it was not was not a bank and they have bills to pay! Very unprofessional response as we were not asking for a hand out but we did not expect that high of a vet bill. Unfortunately end result bill was extended to Wednesday it was paid for in full today and we will never return to this vet ever again nore do we recommend it. My deceased cat was moved to another vet that was very understand and accommodating if you want a . All 3 of my dogs were moved. Being with Mitch vet for 5 years vet that has no with them for 5yrs counts for nothing. compassion go to Mitchell vet being

Friendly knowledgeable staff, almost zero wait time for prescheduled appts. Get the feeling of importance for your animal,also patiently, clearly answered all of our questions. So far love them.

I love this place..my dog aspen got sick and it was devastating to put her down, all of the employees helped me through it and made me feel very comfortable during the process. Thank you all
