My sister and I ordered the same exact meal for something different. The French onion soup was good but not the best I have ever had. The BBQ ribs were not very tender and a little chewy but had a good flavor overall. In the past their soups or chowder have been excellent and wings which they are known for. They also have fabulous salads.

Great place to eat. Kind of expensive. The servers are very kind & sweet! They only need to work on checking in with the customers more often. I'm sometimes sitting there waiting for someone to notice me! Also name tags would be nice because I never remember the servers name! Also the delivery menu is very limited with customization. I'm able to change my order with some of the staff & some are like you can't do it. Also delivery time is very long sometimes & I've had issues with them not sending food because they said I ordered the meal wrong when I repeated the order twice & had the person on the phone repeat the order back to me. Then when i called to say something about it they wanted me to to pay for the item that they didn't enter. Even though I ordered correctly. They did end up sending it to me for free. so i went into the store & thanked the manger who i spoke with for fixing the issue to make sure they understood that they made it right! If i could do a 4.5 star review that's what they would be getting!

We called for our order 40 minutes before arriving in Westfield to pick it up. I was told it would be ready for 12:20pm Upon paying I was told it would be a few minutes, but ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for our 4 Lbs of wings. This long wait made us late for the event we were going to. Based on the 20minutes to almost 1 hour that people around me waited for their orders I won’t be returning .nToo bad because the wings were pretty good.

I go there when I'm in town for work. Great food and just a over all nice place.

Say outside with our dog. Waitress brought out ice water for the pup too! Food was good, andy choose of beer was most excellent.
