Apparently they will say your insurance doesn't cover some things just so they don't have to do paperwork. I had to go to Aurora just to get a commode for my dad even though we should have been able to get it at the Medical Mart. Disappointing. They discriminate the poor.

Great experience! Insurance sets the cost not the company so must be misunderstandings in other reviews. Plus staffing has changed so customer service is amazing!

Stopped in to get a new cpap and mask. Told me to go get script and paper work from doc.. I did that went back down there. The girl that is supposed to be behind the desk was standing on sidewalk talking to one of her friends. The guy who was there said had to wait for her.. when she finally came in she tolde she wouldn't be able to do it today because she was busy and was waiting for 1 more paper from the clinic. I went out called the clinic they faxed it right over.. she left tell store at 4:15. The guy in thes store said I have to wait until she is back in the store another day because at this time it was 430 and they closed in 30 min.... if she was in such a hurry y was she outside talking to a friend. All I kept getting from them was excuses as to why they wasn't going to process it.. why is there only 1 person in this store that knows how to do the paper work... screw medical mart. Never again.

Been waiting 4 months for a new mask because they said it was on back order. Go in today and they tell me I'm not in their system and would have to gave medical stuff sent to the and wait again.
