Good service but food wasn't up to usual Applebee's standards
Terrible service. We went there on New Years Eve and service and food were terrible. We chalked it up as being a busy night and gave them a 2nd chance tonight. We were having a late dinner so we checked the website and tried calling — all hours said open till midnight. We showed up slightly after 9:30pm and Karl was our waiter. He rushed us throughout the entire order. We ordered appetizers to try to be accommodating however that was not fast enough for the staff. Karl asked us to pay for our meal as he delivered our food. We planned on ordering additional drinks had we not been asked to pay before even ate. Karl was less than accommodating and led us to have an even worse experience than our first. We will continue to go to other establishments going forward.
They do not know how to cook the meat properly. What a waste of time!
Fast & very friendly service. We were seated & attended right away as well. Food was delicious! All staff members were wearing masks and gloves. Nice & clean.
When we got in they were very busy. Waiter did an OK job. He forgot our app. My second cocktail wasn't what I ordered and the foods flavor was off a bit. No real issues just a few things to address. Busy or not...
