Cornerstone Bank

The teller was on the phone for 14 minutes while I stood there waiting to be helped, possibly longer because I left. I understand if you are with a customer on the phone, but when​ the other teller is busy counting change and opening an account for another customer and there's a line piling up, you don't just sit there on the phone. She should have asked the customer on the phone to wait a minute on hold, while she took care of the customers who are right in front of you. Very rude. And she wouldn't even acknowledge me and say I'm sorry , one minute. Nothing. Like I wasn't there. I'm very disappointed in the service. I have been banking with cornerstone for awhile now. I will not go back to that branch.

if i could rate 0 stars i would.nMy business banks through Cornerstone and i called the location in walmart to ask if i could get $1's. was told they closed at 4 and could not do it for me because they have to have everything balanced within a certain amount of time. i am very dissatisfied. never have i been treated the way that teller treated me today. seems like pure laziness, i have called this location many times, and never been told no, just told they have to verify my business account.
