I always enjoy the 99 and the food it's always cooked to my liking and everyone seems to want to please the customer it's very hard to find today but the 99 has always been a good place to gather with friends and family and today was extra special because it seemed like the whole team made sure that the food was out and hot and fresh and that we had everything that we needed I commend everyone in the West Springfield 99 they are definitely working together to make their 99 the best one
I've gone here twice in the past month. The first time, I had a Burger and Fries. I thought the Burger was subpar. It lacked Flavor. I just went back yesterday. I had the Fish and Chips. The Portion sizes are a hell of alot smaller now. The food was just adequate. I think the 99 needs to step up there game.
We were in a back corner all alone. Service was great. Food was good. Had honey BBQ chicken wrap.

I was there the other day and overheard a conversation between a manager named Brian and an employee on the phone. The employee had covid symptoms and had taken a covid test. The manager told them they had to come in for their shifts before the covid test results came back. I will never go to this restaurant location again! The manager actually told someone with covid symptoms they had to come in before their test came back! NOT SAFE! avoid this location like the LITERAL plague!
