Order at least 2x a week and over 50 bucks, usually great food, this time the pretzel sticks hard as Rocks, I called and justed wanted new ones. Yes they had been under the warmer for about 45 minutes along with my cheeseburger and chicken strips and fries, yes they were cold but my fault for not getting them when done, but to not even suggest to get me new ones or refund me, NEVER AGAINI ORDER FROM HERE ,Ramona was rude, so many other places that offer better customer service and food. I'll make sure to let everyone know how awful your customer service is.
