They need to carry more LH items. We're golfers too. Right hand golf gloves and big and tall clothing. To big of a company not to take care of the odd guys! I was disappointed in the selection. Do better.

Brought my old school Ping Yellow Dots to the Bloomington store, Bump and Bob did a great job replacing the grips. I had dropped them off on a Friday, and expected to pick them up on Monday. Got a call Saturday AM that they were done and ready for pickup. Bump and Bob did a great job and I feel like I have a new set of irons again. Great Service, Great Quality and Quickly.

Came in for a fitting and was paired with S.O. (Mind you it's been around 10-11 years off since picking up golf again so pretty inexperienced overall) to help get some advice on drivers out there today. The experience as a whole was lack-luster and demeaning, only after 10 swings he mentioned I should just get lessons as my swing was less than to be desired, which in-turn resulted in me hitting worse for the duration of the hour. Told him that i'd hit a few in the weeks leading up to this (Taylor Made, Ping, Srixon) yet didn't ask price range, and here I am hitting $500 clubs which I didn't care for (was also told they had older models, but never saw anything that wasn't still in packaging).nnOverall, I will just be taking my business to 2nd Swing or PGA Superstore. If you're looking to get a fitting with little knowledge on what's out there today, expect to get pushed the most expensive clubs, to be told you need lessons, and for just little added value as a whole - look elsewhere.

Employees were very rude to me and even swore at me. Terrible service and very disrespectful.
