Today, we brought my very particular 3.5 year old in to get fitted for nice shoes. Rowan, the sales associate, was nice, respectful, and more than patient as we tried on a million shoes. If I could give this place a 10 out of 10, I would! If the store sees this, please tell him my daughter is still talking about him and can't wait to get more shoes!
Hidden gem in the shoe world.nnA friend mentioned this place and said they had great shoes, but that's an understatement. They carry a really good variety of high quality dress shoes, slippers, boots, athletic shoes and socks as well. I was asked if I needed any help in a kind and non-pressuring way and was directed to a brand I was looking for, but then took time to explore most of the rest of the store. They may not have a massive selection like some other stores, but the shoes they DO have are top quality and are built to last.nNext time I need a great pair of shoes or boots, I'll be headed here first. It's local, friendly and they have excellent brands.nnBonus tip: these guys have the absolute best selection of Smartwool socks I've ever seen in one store. Patterns AND solids, in plenty of sizes for men and women. It seems hard to find solid colors at most stores, so the variety here was a pleasant surprise.
Wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable staff helped us figure out great solutions to help with plantar fasciitis. Nice selection in general.
Really nice staff who offer great customer service and the very best quality shoes.
