I could make a meal out of their baguettes and butter! Arctic char was perfectly cooked as were the lamb chops. Same love and attention given to the vegetables on each plate. Very attentive wait staff without being obtrusive. Small and intimate atmosphere
This is my favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities. The owner makes you feel right at home and the food and wine are delicious. I love the fries and steak tar tare with a glass of bubbles. Highly recommend!
Cave Vin was a wonderful respite from the cold. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food fresh and lovingly prepared. We had Moules Frites and the Pistachio-Crusted Pork Tenderloin. Both were delicious, the broth for the mussels garlicky and buttery. Delicious. Thanks, Chelsea, Benjamin, and Ken. You guys understand hospitality. Salud.
Surely a spot worth trying, the food is awesome and well prepared, the pricing is fair and it is regularly well kept in here. Keep it up.
