I have been to The Tavern on France many times you have always had excellent food and service. Many of the portions are too large for one person so if you like to share or take home it's a good opportunity. The last time we were there we did try the selections off of the Happy Hour menu and enjoyed the chicken nachos. Starting off with a basic item then adding on whatever toppings for hamburgers, salads, Pizza, is a good idea and we have done this many times.
So nice to sit at a restaurant. Waited on waiting list in car. Got in pretty quick. Waitress really great! Food was fabulous. Definitely will go there again.
This is always a go-to when meeting up with friends! Even before the pandemic I’ve never had to wait here to be seated, and the service is always prompt but never rushed. They do a great job accommodating my gluten allergy, I especially love the crab and artichoke dip with the tortilla chips instead of the bread! Haven't been to a restaurant in months and after reading about all the covid precautions on their website i decided to give it shot. Food was good but seemed like they were well above 50% capacity and they seated a group of about 10 in the middle of the booth area making it impossible to be 6' away from them. We changed table to a corner and finished our meal. Food and service were great. But it's going to be a while longer until I'm back.
Build A Burger! The options are delicious! There are so many great aoli's to dip your crispy fries in! Our boys had fun filling out the menus!
