Denise was the associate who helped me from beginning to end and she did a fabulous job. It's rare that I do reviews but feel extra need becuase it was that great of service.nI have worked in customer service for many years myself and she just had so much knowledge about every brand and answered all of my questions. She offered me socks after I told her I am NOT a 'sock person' because I just don't like the material of most and the ones I've owned in the past fall into my shoes. . I came out with 3 pairs of shoes, 2 packs of socks, and a much better understanding of the rewards program which I will now be more adamant about using. She was phenomenal. Please recognize her as a stand up associate because I left that store an extremely happy customer.
