Fired Up is becoming one of the more premier restaurants in the area. A quality menu and quality ingredients lead by an awesome chef, Justin, makes the place. Justin wowed a table of the five of us with two new creations of a chocolate chicken wing salad dish and hot chocolate brisket balls. The brisket burgers blasts this place ahead of the normal hamburger burger joints in the area. Take time to get to know Justin and his amazing culinary creativity!
My first experience at the grill was not disappointing at all. Burgers to die for. Forget the fast food burger joints. Once you've had one of their burgers. you'll have to come back again. Just saying, and they give you plenty of napkins. You're going to need them.
I had a chicken sandwich curtailed for me. It was fresh and pretty good. It came wish a delicious pickle and seasoned French fries (which I'm not crazy about).
Great atmosphere and energetic staff! Great food and drinks also!
