This company is the definition of professional. On every level. Knowledgeable. But actually knowledgeable. Not like cliche I'm writing knowledgeable because it's a word people like to throw around, but actually actually knowledgeable. Can ask basically anything regarding aquariums and feel confident in their response. Incredibly impressed. Talked to one gentleman on the phone for literally 45 minutes about the fog I've been having an issue with. 45 minutes! Not once did the tone of voice say anything aside from he was not only happy to help but excited to share his knowledge. I just got off the phone with another gentleman that I talked to for probably 15 minutes about my spas fish and he's running through details with me and we're trying to conclude whether or not it's a parasite or just a spazoid rosy barb. I'm telling you if you checked these reviews hoping for a recommendation to give them your business you got mine 10 fold. They will retain all my business as long as I have fish. That's a guarantee. I wish I had another tank and excess money just so I could give them more business. Amazing place. 10/5 stars.

Hands down my favorite LFS. Fish are obviously well cared for, tanks are always clean, staff are friendly and available without being overbearing. (And we've had over 95% retention rate for livestock after transition.)

Staff is super amazing! They are very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed for my tree frog, excellent prices too

I was visiting from out of town with my service dog. I ran out of food and had a hard time finding the food I feed him. I only need a little bit to get him trough till we flew home. I called the store and a very nice lady answered and informed me they didn’t have the kind I needed but she found me some samples and held them behind the counter until I could get there! This store has awesome customer service and very nice and helpful staff. Thank you Russell’s!

I always went there for our guinea pigs supplies and fur babies treats and toys prior to moving. ALWAYS had my questions answered and staff is polite as can be. I'm actually going to be returning to welcome our new babies to the family now that we are back in the area. I just have to get over to the store
