We were looking forward to trying out the self wash unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The water was lukewarm at best and the dryers blew cold air. Our dogs were shivering mid way through and having a miserable experience so we ended up leaving with wet unhappy pups. I’m bummed because we live so close to the shop but for $30 I was expecting a much better service. In the future we will drive a little further and spend a little less for our washes. The staff was polite and helpful though.

This place is great for do it yourself dog wash!! Absolutely worth the money and they're not even expensive! They charge a minimum for a hour and I was able to wrestle with my Mastiff/Dane (hates water but has long fur and weights 150) completely wash and dry him with time to spare. Spotless clean areas with all the supplies I needed right in front of you it was perfect. The tubs are elevated so my back didn't hurt either. I'll be back on a regular basis from now on.

They got a new spray for after the bath and they are AMAZING!!! I love this place and Copper is getting so comfortable with bathing lol

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly...every time I visit the store. :)

Used them for the first time today. Had a wonderful time and great experience. Superb staff! The tubs are easy to use and roomy. Thanks again.
