Went for lunch today. Was greeted promptly when I entered. Meals were served in reasonable timeframe. Then our experience went downhill. Waitress didn't check if we needed anything further. After waiting for over 15 minutes, our waitress finally came over. We had to ask for a beverage refill. When we came, there were a few employees sitting in the outdoor seating area. When we left, there12 or more staff and/or friends sitting in the outdoor dining area. Apparently the staff were all on break at the same time. Would I recommend them? No. The burger was very greasy. There was no lettuce for a salad. Very disappointed.
Was fed the most disgusting fajitas I’ve ever had in my life!! Steak looked like chopped up kibble scrapped off other people’s plates!! Just say you don’t have Steak fajitas tonight! How you could possibly serve a customer that is beyond me! Embarrassing for your business!nI will never be back!nFYI I’ve had there fajitas before, this was disgusting!
Best Cuban sandwich I've had outside of Florida. Real Cuban bread shipped from a Cuban bakery in Tampa! But ask for it without lettuce, tomato or mayo. An authentic Cuban sandwich doesn't have these.
I enjoyed myself. Mel was awesome. They make sure they give good customer service.
Food was delicious but service was horrible. They said that their system had gone down earlier. But even when it was Billy's it was slow service.
