Waited for 30 minutes before seated, under staffed.. still no service.. left and went to the Fishermens Bay restraunt..
It was a cold rainy day and we were seated by the wood fireplace. It was nice and cozy. I had the broasted chicken and hash browns, both cooked perfectly. My husband had the ground sirloin steak which was cooked to a perfect medium. The salads were really fresh and very pretty. We will go there next time we are up that way.
A gem of a restaurant. You'd never know it by driving by. The quality of my ribeye was on par with what you would find in an upscale restaurant in The Cities. My shrimp (sorry.. prawns) were butterflied and resembled small lobster tails. That said, didn't care for the deep fried appetizer. Overall great value in my opinion.
I've been there several times. The food has always been good. The service has been very good. Very sociable place.
Absolutely a must if in McGregor!!!! We stopped in not knowing what to expect. Great menu! I had the Ribeye!! TO DIE FOR!!! The Broiled Shrimp were perfect!!! They snapped when younchewed! The Chef here is 4 star!!! What a find!
