I’ve kept fish for a long time but have been getting back into the hobby after a couple year hiatus. The staff and owner all seem very knowledgeable and helpful! Great stock of freshwater fish and natural decor. Fish have all been very healthy! I’ve walked through a couple other places but this is the store for me! Highly recommend checking them out!
This place is a gem. Dale is very helpful and the most knowledgeable person I know of in regards to aquatic life. Incredibly wide range of freshwater fish/items to choose from. Didn't even know about this shop after living in Plymouth many years but am really happy to have found it and to be a regular from here on out.
They have a very diverse selection of fish. Even crayfish. Piranhas. Eels. Pleccos. Fiddler Crabs They have some freshwater plants for aquariums a well. It's a bit dark, but the employee is very knowledgeable about the habits of the different species there. There are over 50 varieties of fish in there!
Dale is the nicest :) always willing to listen and help out, has amazing freshwater stock, and got me deep into my love of fishkeeping by his advice. I make dedicated trips out to see him and have friends who drive from Flint just to shop there. I've made a day of going to different fish stores and most of them aren't even close to comparable in both quality and price, not to mention how hardy the fish are. My go to place for real. And, he is able to get a wide variety of stock in!
Love this place! Literally my favorite dish store and Dale is the most knowable fish person I’ve ever known! Super honest and will always make sure you’re not in over your head when trying to create a new tank!
