First and foremost, I understand psychology to be a subjective format. However, our experience is concerning. We had our, at the time 8 year daughter evaluated for autism. Filled out and exorbitant amount of documentation that we turned in. Sat down with the Doctors and further reiterated our concerns. And feel as though we fell way short. While we are not wanting to “label” our daughter, we do know there are concerns. And we were seeking the best ways to assist her. We spent a large amount of our time speaking to the doctors the day we took our daughter and explaining in detail the concerns. With that said, we truly feel this clinic dropped the ball on our daughter, as of current, she has daily struggles synonymous to the characteristics of an autistic child. We have done plenty of research on the subject and spoken to many who have autistic children and other health professionals; who both agree we are not far off in our assessment.nWe not only feel that we failed our child, but feel this center did as well. We truly feel our concerns were undervalued. The very small amount of time the staff spent with our daughter could not possibly have given them an ample opportunity to properly diagnose her. And the amount that we are still paying for this service is simply egregious at best.nPrior to setting an appointment with this facility we would strongly suggest you do your homework and find a test facility that listens to and understands your concerns, and takes the time needed to properly diagnose your child. Instead of proselytizing their own beliefs based solely upon their testing methods, all the while invalidating those who spend the majority of their time with the child and see the daily challenges.

Greeted and directed by security to the front desk. No lines..service by receptionist right away. Seen by nurse and interviewed within 15 minutes of my appointment. Doctor came in soon afterwards. I was not uncomfortable with exam, you know with covid and all. Staff very polite and professional. Facility very clean ud83dudc4cnnThe first building that you see when entering the parking lot is not 9100. Drive pass this building to the back. And you'll see it.

Good morning. Friendly customer service, very clean place. However, one particular DOCTOR DOES NOT LISTEN OR CARE ABOUT YOUR SYMPTOMS! Was charged 500 dollars only to end up in urgent care the next day with a solution.. UNBELIEVABLE THAT A DOCTOR WOULD BRUSH YOU OFF AND NOT DO TEST WHEN ITS NEEDED... WILL NOT GO BACK!!!PLEASE BEWARE

Nice clean office. Beautiful landscaping. A special thank you to Midwife Elizabeth Roeske. She is the best midwife. She’s very caring and knows her job very well. She provides excellent service. Henry Ford is very grateful to have her and so are we!

Best clinic in Hamtramck. They’re organized, genuine, and respectful. They take you in by your appointment time. I like this place. I transferred my children here since they have a pediatrician now.
