Very friendly staff and excellent service! I am shocked how perfectly my boots fit after purchasing them on their website. I was very pleased to see the are taking customer safety so seriously and I really appreciate how quick and easy it was to pick up my purchase. Mast is one of the local businesses that makes Ann Arbor such a great place to live. I highly recommend them.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Got home and realized the shoes felt tighter on one foot than the other. Came back in the following week and they were able to resize and advise me on how best to tie them. They are also doing a great job with safety precautions.
Been coming here for the last 5 years. Very nice and friendly staff. Best gem in a2! Always a great selection. Even for us with larger than normal shoe size! They do an awesome job as well with covid-19. Very clean establishment! Can't wait to buy from here again!
LOVED my experience today!! They practiced extremely safety procedures. When it was my turn to be helped, my guide listened to me and was genuinely trying to help me find a good pair of shoes for standing while working from home.nnI got a pair of Professional Dansko Clogs.
