Great service and prices!
Excellent running store with knowledgeable employees that take time to get you in the right shoe. Both my wife and I came here for our shoes and have been extremely happy with the service and shoes. My wife's first pair wasn't quite right and they had her come back so that she was in a shoe that has kept her comfortable and on the road. Highly recommend this store and staff.
I went into Tortoise & Hare expecting to get a recommendation for shoes that I would then go purchase online to save the money. I was greeted with individual support, and expert customer service. I tried on many types of shoes tailored to my needs, and was offered satisfaction guaranteed. Upon trying on the shoes and chatting with the lady that was helping, I felt compelled to spend the money at the store. This store is not the cheapest in terms of monetary value, but with regards to overall value I am very impressed and thankful for the time spent.
The service was amazing. Shawn was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He analyzed the way I walk and jog, and found shoes that would offer me the most support.nI would highly recommend this place if you need help picking out good shoes and like some personalized advice on running shoes.
Went in to get a new pair of shoes, and Shawn was super helpful. He took a look at how I walk and jog, and then made a few recommendations based upon that. He also showed me a few exercises to help with some foot strength issues I'm having. Overall very impressed, would highly recommend if you're looking to get some personalized advice on running shoes.
